Car Hire Limitations - Post Accident
Outsurance provided Car Hire under our Policy.
Avis Car Hire supp**** the car without Third Party Liability Cover as
Outsurance does take this cover on their car hire.

Avis upsells this cover at a substantial R60 per day. This would be additional cost to the insured. Totaling cost close to R1650 a month which is substantially more that our normal insurance comprehensive cover.
Driving a car without Liability is financial suicide and intelligent individual would know the consequences thereof.
Disappointed Outsurance!

Kaylin Harry the Outsurance advisor states senior management had contacted AVIS management.
Email from Avis confirms Liability Cover is covered and suspects AVIS staff has it wrong.
I don't think this is unintentional from AVIS. Disappointing AVIS
No cover is provided for Tyres and Windscreen which is the norm.
REDIRECT this COMPLAINT to AVIS CAR HIRE!
