Car damage assessment

<br> On the 4th March I was asked by Outsurance to take my car to have the damage assessed, as I had reversed into a pole and dented the rear bumper. I was attended to by Mr.Suren Bunsee who I found to be very helpful, courteous and efficient and went out of his way to assist me. <br> <br> <br> Mr. Bunsee examined the dent and explained that it was not a serious one and it could be pushed out manually and did so for me without too much difficulty. He also took off some paint at the site of the dent, left by the pole. This meant that it was not necessary to send my car to the panel beaters and incur unnecessary expense and loose my no claim bonus.<br> <br> I was impressed by the way Mr. Bunsee dealt with clients
