Car broken down in Randburg . Need the car towed to JHB

<p>This morning I phoned Outsurance to imform them that my car had broken down and that need it to be towed to a garage to have it repaired . I got put through to a gentleman by the name of Matabo Chepape.</p> <p>He dealt with my request like an absolute pro. Very pleasant and incredibly helpful. With in minutes got an Sms to say my claim had been logged, then about a minute later another Sms to inform me that the tow truck will arrive to pick up my car in 49 minutes !!!!!!!! Through out picking up of my car and thr delivery of my Car Matabo called me 4 x times to check if everthing was okay and if I was happy . World Class Guys Very proud of your customer service.
