Car Accident 25/08/2018

I had a car accident on 25 August 2018. I have the OUTSurance App on my phone. So I logged in and started a new claim. Rethabile Aphane from OUTSurance contacted me that day and helped me with the information she needed. My car was taken to the Auction Nation house 2 days after for evaluation. The same day, Rethabile phone me to say that the car will be written off. Today is Thursday and the process from Satruday till now is done. OUTSurance paid the insured amount out to West Bank.
