Car Accident

My husband and daughter was in a car accident last year this time. The other car (who's fault it was) has no insurance. My daughter has just received her learners and to repair our vehicle we had to pay about ± R8000.00 before they repair vehicle. The legal department was working with the quality party and insure us that they will get our money back. We received a phone call this week to tell us that they received the money and will pay it into our bank account.
