Can't get my car fixed now over two months.

I was involved in an accident and the lady is covered by Outsurance. It has been more then two months now and i have submitted all documents requested and they are ignoring me, my car is still not fixed and they are not replying to my emails nor returning my calls. Outsurance claim to be the best insurance, but is turning out to be the worst and i hear nothing good about Outsurance from people, they even quoted me double what i am paying at Budget.

What terrible service. All the adverts on TV and radio of Outsurance is pure lies.

You will wait a whole year for Outsurance to fix your vehicle.
