Cant get anything out

My Vehicle was reversed into by an outsurance client on the the 26th of January 2015.<br> I instituted a third party claim. I went to the service provider supp**** by them and obtained a quote.<br> I Furnished the quote to outsurance on 2/2/15. I was then told I'd filled in old forms and needed to fill in new ones, only after following up myself. I was promised my claim would be resolved in five to six weeks.<br> Nine weeks later I get an offer of R11 817-40 for repairs to my vehicle. My two year old vehicles bumper was to be repaired. Not acceptable. My bumper was in perfect condition and will not accept nothing less than a replacement. The quote from your service provider was R23 317-92. Must I use a backyard panel beater to fit my parts or do it myself at that price. I refuse to take this shoddy service from you and will be taking action against your client.
