Cant even get a quote

Outsurance lives in a world where email apparently doesn't exist.

I want a quote for car insurance and they absolutely REFUSE to assist me via email.

Their ****my excuse is that is "for my protection" in case there is an issue and then they can refer to the recording as proof! HAHAHA! What a joke!

I have never heard such lies in my life! Not once has a call centre EVER provided me with the call as proof when asked to do so. Always some excuse :its been deleted", "it doesn't exist", "we don't have the rights to give that to you" is what you will hear instead.

This is a MASSIVE RED FLAG to me and shows how underlying this company already is and i havent even started doing business with them.

If they ACTUALLY wanted to protect me, then the would do a quote for me via email as requested. Then BOTH parties have the proof and NOT just the ONE to favour themselves. Watch out people. **********!
