Cant cancel my policy

I have written e mail and called twice in order to cancel my policy with outsurance...yet I have not been able to cancel and the money R3300 odd rand a month keeps being deducted from my account *******ly.Im not able to cancel the policy?Why is it so difficult? Can you get back to me on *** please.

Good day Paul,

Thank you for your feedback. We have spoken to your sister Michelle, who is our client, the policy holder. She has informed us to keep her policy active and we have assisted her with amendments. Michelle informed us not to change the bank details as the account is in the name of the "Late Estate Trust Account" .

Please contact Michelle to address your concerns.
