Can't cancel cover

It's been two weeks now of me trying to cancel my short term insurance with them on my car. I am a first time car owner and they have really made my experience bitter- I have expressed numerous times that I have another insurance which is more affordable for me, It doesn't benefit either me or them to have an insurance premium I can't afford. Please cancel this.
