Can’t beat premium get R500 or R1500. Still await for my chance to get my money
They are advertising that you can get R500 back if they can’t beat your premium and R1500 if claim free for three years. I sms them yesterday 11 April. They called me today 12 April 2022. Did quotation but could not beat my premium. Said will send quote then I can take it up with their claim department to get my money as advertised if they can’t beat premium. No mail received as yet and they did quote 8:30 this morning.This is very disappointing for a company that pride in their service. If this is service then glad I am not insured with them as this will just lead to frustration if need to claim. Just want to warn everyone out there what happened to me
