Cant beat my premium you get R400 cashback????

According to your guys ad on all platforms it says that if you cant beat the current insurance premium you will give us R400 in cashback. I called in to get a quote to see if you could actually beat what I was currently paying and the consultant took down all my details and went through everything and all that and when giving me the quote it was more than I was currently paying and not once in the 15min called was it mentioned that should you not be able to beat my premium will you guys give me R400 so is this just a **** you guys are running in order to get clients to call in or what is it that you having running??? I was seriously considering changing over however after i mentioned to the consultant that I pay less that the premium you guys quoted me his attitude completely changed towards me and couldnt get done with the call quicker. I am seriously disappointed!
