Cannot Handle Constructive Criticism

I already have existing Life Cover and decided to hear what Outsurance has to say.<br> Jean Claude was the first to call and handed the phone over to Themba. <br> I listened to his approach and it was ok at the beginning however he started to bore me and so I decided to politely inform him of his approach. He very quickly took offence. His tone was on the defensive and sounded very grumpy and called me \\BUDDY\....so much for professionalism hey.<br> <br> I am not sure who trains these people but their telephone etiquette is rather pathetic and really needs to be looked at.
