Cannot cancel Outsurance policy once they have you.
Like many other frustrated former clients of OutSurance - I am finding it impossible to cancel my policy with them. Once your are lured in you simply cannot get out, or you at least cannot get out simply. It's a very ****my low level approach to take as a business that claim to be reputable. Avoid getting in in the first place.

Thandile our retentions manager has been unsuccessful in her attempts to contact you to address your concerns.
You stated that you found it impossible to cancel your policy however there was no call from you advising us to cancel your policy. You only sent us 1 message to cancel and we did process the cancellation as per your request and confirmation of cancellation was also emailed to you.
