Cancelling our insurance without any notification

we have been long time client of outsurance <br> all of a sudden our insurance has been cancelled without any notification sent to us or any call from any agent of outsurance<br> <br> also very bad survise from outsurance , have been calling Lorraine for more than 2 weeks and every time she we call back. until today we are still waiting for her call.<br> <br> would appreciate it if someone will contact me regarding this matter as we do not know which way to go<br> <br> Regards Dup du Plessis<br> ***
