Cancelling my Pollicy

Good Day <br> <br> On the 12/05/2015, I requested that outsurance phone me for a quote <br> <br> and when the guys eventually phoned me on the 13/05/2015, he told me over the phone that they do everything telephonic which is fine the guys name is Cheslin not sure of his surname or which branch he is from the number he gave me to reach him on was ***, At the time I did inform him that I ONLY wanted a quote and he went on about their ts&cs and asking me do I understand which I did, he asked me for my account number and banking details which I gave to him not realising that he was going to load everything onto the system and he told me he would send me everything on an email that we discussed on the phone and I am still waiting for this email. I went home that day and told my mom how much it would be and she said its too expensive and that I should phone and cancel the next day and spoke to a lady K****TSO MODIBA,Whom I told I want to cancel the policy and she just went on trying to give me a deal I didn't want in the end I had to get nasty with her in order for her to understand that NO is NO, I am still waiting for the proof from this K****TSO MODIBA of cancellation<br> <br> <br> <br> <br>
