Cancelled policy still being deducted .

On 09 September 2015 Sandile Sibiya from Outsurance send me an e-mail stating that my policy has been canceled effective 01 September 2015 as per my request. Unfortunately for me an installment still went off for end of September 2015 and end of November 2015. When I send Sandile an e-mail querying this, he told me that they cancelled me building cover but not my contents. When I asked Outsurance to cancel my policy I did specify by telling them to cancel my building cover, I asked them to cancel my policy with Outsurance and to pay my to installments back. Since I've send numerous e-mails with no reply. I even asked Sandile to forward my e-mails to Michelle George, who is also an employee with Outsurance, as she is aware of the two payments that went off and my request to cancel my policy. As per telephone conversation between me and Michelle, she assured me that she will go and investigate who neglected to cancel my policy resulting in another two payments to be deducted. I just want an e-mail from them stating that all my coverage with Outsurance is canceled and that my two installments will be paid back into my account where is was deducted from and not my bond account.
