Cancelled my policy without consent
Outsurance cancelled my policy and claim that i sent a cancellation. I asked for proof and they still have not provided it. They deducted 10k+ from the claim payout for the premiums and if this is the case, where is my outbonus then? Thandile July is still to give me feedback because this is not fair on me as your client.
