Cancellation of product

I had the 'pleasure' of speaking to a very kind and caring consultant today, her name is Katlego. She gave me a call back after I sent an online message requesting my life insurance to be cancelled due to some financial constraints at the moment. Instead of the usual - 'you are making a huge mistake, cut expenses in another way, you can't do this' - talk, she spoke to me with great concern and empathy and didnt make me feel like a real idiot for being in this situation I already find myself in. Instead she reassured me that she understands that I thought it through and that even with them lowering the premium wont help me much, since I still have my car insurance....and since I dont have dependents, it makes it a bit easier. If the medical aid didnt rise by 9.8%, along with everything else, I would still be able to afford this. But I know that in future I will be back. Thank you Katlego for putting a smile on my face and being so helpful and kind throughout the whole conversation. We need more consultants like you. Outsurance, you have a gem in her!
