Cancellation of policy - refund of premium

Good day,<br> I cancelled my policy (KIA Rio - OT***9) with effect from 1 April 2015 (email from my broker on the 24 March 2015) but the premium still went off from my bank account. I have emailed [Email Removed] on 07 April 2015 and queried it but received no response, just a reference number: ***5.<br> Please refund the premium to my bank account.<br>
