Cancellation of policy now means renewal

I called yesterday to cancel my policies with Outsurance spoke to Nomusa from cancellation told her to cancel all my policies except for 1 for building situated at Fleurhof , this morning I got an email that they have reviewed my life cover and it will be deducted on 20/02 - what part of cancelling of policies does Outsurance not understand. I don't want any life cover or anything else except for 1 policy that I said it must not be cancelled.
