Cancellation of policy but debit order still goes off!!

<p>I called in to cancel my policy with outsurance as I was going to change to Discovery Insure - After a long winded talk with one of their "senior" advisors I finally said I had nothing more to say and that she must cancel with immediate effect. She said she would take care of it and that she would confirm by sending me an email - I received an email stating why one should stay with outsurance but no cancellation confirmation - the email was not from an individual’s but rather a generic email address because I tried to email back asking about why is there no mention of the cancellation confirmation but got a reply stating that this email address is not monitored. I was pretty taken back by this Outsurance - they are great to you if you stay with them but if you want to leave outsurance they try all the tricks in the book to take your money.</p>
