Cancellation of Policy - Bad Service

<br> I have been a customer with Outsurance for 7+ years. Never claimed from them. I get this pathetic Outbonus every year, can't even buy a tank petrol with it! Discovery can give me a far better insurance premium.<br> It's now a week, and no one responds to my cancellation queries I send online. Good work <br> <br> Outsurance, my confidence in cancelling my debit order is becoming bigger and bigger. Shame on you!
