Cancellation of policy

<p>I called in to cancel my policy and the consultant who was supposed to assist me was being TERRIBLY DIFFICULT! I should not have to repeat myself over and over again as to WHY I didnt want to be insured with them anymore. Learn to respect clients wishes and do what is requested, you cant force a client to stay with a insurer if they dont want to.</p>
