Cancellation of policy

I joined Outsurance with the belief that they care for their clients well being, after 7 years or more of being a loyal client with least number claims they have decided to cancel my policy (due to 2 months non payment) without even a call to inform me of this. Considering all my loyal support and least number of claims they could have called me to discuss way forward, I really feel cheated and would not recommend Outsurance to anyone.
