Cancellation of policy

On 19.11.2015 I was pushed into a policy by Outsurance which offered me a good monthly payment. I was pushed into accepting the policy before I could read the paperwork. I had to phone afterwards for a consultant to send the documents to me. After I went through the documents I decided to cancel the policy but it was impossible because the consultant didn't want to accept my cancellation. After telling him numerous times that I have made up my mind that I want to cancel he kept on with excuses and always had a \\but\. I did not appreciate that I couldn't cancel my policy and expect a consultant to call me back for the cancellation without trying to convince me otherwise.\"\"\""
