Cancellation of Cover

Hi,

As a client of Outsurance for close to 5 years now and being over the age of 25 (where monthly premiums were promised to decrease) am being told that my already high monthly cover is not only decreasing as promised or even remaining the same, but INCREASING?

Please be advised that I will be cancelling my insurance with OUTsurance tomorrow morning and be moving to a better rated cover - where they actually keep their promises.

Very disappointed.
