Cancellation of car policy without my knowledge

They said my policy was cancelled on the 12 August 2015 and yet on that date i was withdrawing the claim.<br> Which they were supposed to fixed my car . Reason for withdrawing is that they said my car is the write off.<br> i didn't say I'm withdrawing the policy and now they telling me they reinstating me and I'm not going to get my five years bonus as well if i want them to cover me i must pay pro- rata this i got it from Mike Sitt.<br> John never came back to me as he promised me yesterday he will give me feed back today until 16h05pm i call back to find out what is happening its when Mike talking one thing in my ears.
