Cancellation avoidance
Trying to cancel my insurance policy, been phoning them four times in one day, the cancellations department nr is always busy, not getting anybody to talk to. Requested a call back twice on the app, get a message we could not get hold of you… how??? My phone did not ring ?!?!?
