cancellation

I am very upset. I called outsurance now to cancel my policy but the consultant refused to do so. Instead he asks me all sorts of questions, which and takes up my time. In the first place outsurance couldn't give me the best quotation. Now that I got a far better price for insurance, the consultant wants to waste my time to get me a better quote now.....by the time the call ended, my policy has still not been cancelled...i want my policy cancelled!
