Cancellation

I called Outsurance on Friday because I was looking for car insurance for a Hyndai i20. I decided not to buy the car, instead I went a different one that is insured with budget at the moment. I called Outsurance this morning to cancel the Insurance after the consultant asked for my ID number he put me on hold for about 5 minutes. then he hungup. I need someone to contact me I want to cancel
