Cancellation

<p>Yesterday I was in the process of cancelling my insurance with outsurance. I ended up speaking to NTHABELENG RAMAOKANE who had me on the line for almost an hour trying to make sure that my business remains with Outsurance. I have really in todays live with customer service being so pathetic come accross someone who is so passionate about her organisation. I do believe it is worth listening to the call to understand how serious she is about outsurance and keeping their clients. after a very lenghty phone call im still insured with outsurance and this lady really gave me some hope of dealing with them in the future. So this is a big thumbs up for her.</p>
