Canceling insurance brings out the true Outsurance

Recently my Mom and Dad were in an accident and the car was written off. I personally thought that Outsurance didn't follow the standards I won't expect from the \\number 1\insurer in South Africa. Because of that I canceled all my policies with them. With one of the 2 reasons the accident. I really got such attitude and from the people handling my cancelation request that I don't know why I was with them in the first place. The one person even told me \\\"\"then you shouldn't be with any insurer in South Africa\\\"\". I asked him for his name because I really want to use this as an official statement from Outsourance. He ignored me...<br> <br> All I heard is that they justify all the actions over and over again. Saying that all the other insurers will do the exactly the same thing. I just realized that Outsurance isn't unique like they want the public to believe.<br> <br> I am really disgusted with what I heard today and the advice that was given to me by \\\"\"specialists\\\"\" at Outsurance. <br> <br> FYI: If my parents want to get the SAME car they will need to add more than 50% to want Outsurance will pay out....<br> \"\"\""
