Cancel Outsurance due to Discovery Insurance offering a better package at lower price
After being by Outsurance for 14 years I received a quote from Discovery (where I have my medical aid) and I can pay R340.63 less per month with discovery and pay no access whereas I pay access with Outsurance on my 2 vehicles and home content.
Very disappointing that I need to cancel with Outsurance after so long

14 Apr 2023, 10:22I overpaid outsurance - 1 year ago I phoned and asked if my premium can be reduced as I cannot afford it - i further explained I am going on maternity leave and will receive no income and I was advised if I don't pay I will not be covered. Why can my premium be reduced now by R200 per month-so I overpaid by more than R2000 in only a year???
