Can we clone more Kelvin's in the customer service industry !

<p>To whom it may concern </p> <p> </p> <p>I recently purchased a car and needed insurance like immediately! I had such a stressful day yesterday with all the quotes I got from various insurance companies ! Most companies premiums worked out to plus minus the same but the customer service I received wasn't what I was looking for . I am extremely pedantic about things when I receive calls from customer service advisors. I probably am this way because of me being a manager in a call center. I could've chosen any other insurance company but what stood out to me about outsurance was the phenomenal customer service advisor I spoke to KELVIN! He built rapport , he was genuine with regards to getting my insurance sorted hassle free. He put the human element into the call and personalized it . He took ownership ,didn't place me on silent or unnecessary hold , kept me in the loop of everything ! </p> <p> </p> <p>I recently had the worst ever service from a Mtn store manager and I lost all faith in customer service ! KELVIN restored my faith in customer service ! This gentleman set the expectation that he wouldn't be in this morning ,I was rather stressed out! This morning I was stressing because I wish I had just given him the go ahead yesterday!Without me even asking he had his colleague Katlego call me this morning to finalize and seal the deal ,what a polite and helpful advisor she is ! He closed the loop on every little thing ! Explained and never got agitated with all my questions ! He is so knowledgeable about the product ,so passionate about what he does . I could go on and on !!!!!!! KELVIN is so good for the outsurance brand ! Value , appreciate and promote this individual!</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you KELVIN for the phenomenal service and for making my journey easy !I also know how important your rating is but even if you didn't promote rating your service I still would've ! </p> <p> </p> <p>Congrats on a job well done !!!!!!!
