Can't keep promises

First of all - I was promised that if death were to occur, my car would be paid off, that isn't the case and I have to add it separately. Secondly, I was promised a phone call on Monday, 7th of August. Guess what? No phone call!<br> <br> I suggest that Outsurance explain to their employees what a promise is and that you actually have to do what you say you're going to do!<br> <br> I also demand that Outsurance gives me the death benefit, as promised to me! I don't care if you have to go through all recorded calls made to/by me, I was promised that I had that benefit, and I demand you keep your promises!<br> <br> Why would I want to insure anything with a company that can't even keep simple promises? If you can't keep to your promises, say so and I will insure my car with another insurer.
