can't find e-mail address to mail them

I've complaint to Outsurance before because they don't have details where you can mail them for general enquiries & policy updates.<br> <br> So, I tried their complaints page today - it doesn't actually allow you to submit...I had 551 chars left on the message I typed, yet, it showed the exclamation mark continuously on that field.<br> <br> Point is that when I moved to Cape Town 2 years ago, Outsurance updated the new address of my house contents, but they never updated the address of my car - and I certainly didn't leave my car behind at my old house. So, now, I'm continuously getting messages that I should move my car, as hail is expected in Centurion, but, actually, my car is not at that address anymore.<br> <br> I have asked them 3 times to update my car's address to be the same as my household contents address, but wish, no luck!
