Can't even get my details right

I called in to outsurance. .Firstly Israel the call agent can't even get my name right and charge me a ridiculous amount. Then I call with my fianc? call as she is with them and they double it...and still the wrong details...and now I Get an ok amount and they over debit me and still all my details are wrong and the woman hasn't bothered to call us back. So useless...well done on chasing a customer for 1 day. I have put a stop order on the debit and outsurance will be liable for any charges I get due to your company's *********** nature. Useless. Don't bother asking for changes just give me my money back and don't ever deal with me again
