CAN SOMEONE HELP ME!!!!

I called Outsurance on Friday twice and have still not received the correct information that I require from you.

Please see below what I need: The NCB letter is a one page letter from your previous/current insurance company, stating how long you have been insured with them, what item you had on cover + the type of cover you have had/have, as well as indicating whether you have suffered any claims or losses during that time.

My ID number is ********** 059083, my previous car Chevrolet Aveo (XJP422GP) was insured under my moms name and therefore I need the same information for that car.

Can someone please get back to me on this?
