Call Centre

<p>Yesterday I got 2 missed calls from Outsurance, then on the third call I answered. The agent tried to sell me insurance, I told him that I was very happy with my current insurance and that I wasn't interested. He persisted on trying to sell me. I again told him that I wasn't interested in changing. But he kept on trying to sell and I said that I would be wasting his and my time. But he wouldn't stop. I started getting angry but he wouldn't stop. Eventually I had to put the phone down.</p> <p>He then called again which I ignored and then when I answered the next time he called he tried selling me again. He said his name was Benjamin Nkosi (not sure if it's right). I had to remind him that he called me a few minutes ago. I asked him to please delete my name and number from the system to which he rep**** no. He can't until I take out insurance from Outsurance. Now I'm really mad, I've told him I'm not interested, I've asked him to delete my details to which he refuses. Then he has the audacity to put the phone down on me!</p> <p>And guess what, I got another call from Outsurance AGAIN this morning!!!</p> <p>Delete me from your system!!! I did not agree for you to call me, I did not give you my details. Please leave me alone!</p>
