I'm so disgusted. Cancelling this policy !!! To date I've never claimed once from my policy, yet I've been paying 28+ years towards this policy which the premium increased over the years.

Eventually when my geyser became problematic, a plumber was sent out whom advised it should be replaced this insurer tells me il be covered for the replacement but the excess fee matches the new geyser total cost of shop!! Then I may as well go to the ****** store. The consultant had the nerve to say she's doing us a favour for replacing the geyser the excess fee matches the geyser cost so what are you providing ??

Don't take insurance with OUTSURANCE. Better yet don't take insurance at all!!

To add I understand I must pay excess fee but taking all factors into account at minimum you could've charged a percentage of the fee!
