Bye Bye Outsurance. One year later and still waiting for me claim to be finalised.

Again I found it necessary to communicate with Outsurance through Hello Peter. Not sure if it will help though. My claim is now exactly 12 months still in process, they still owe me money, they still had no conversation with the owner of the vehicle that caused the accident. Let me be honest - I will now go back to SANTAM. Been years with this people, never had any problems, but over the last two years they are changing into clowns.
