But service from outsurance

Few months ago I had an accident. Car went to the panel beaters. 3 weeks went past and then got my vehicle back. Next day my waterpips blew off and I took photos and I send is to the panel beater and said to them why didn't they fixed it properly. Took the car back on Monday and they send it to diverent places to do water pressure checks. Got the car back and had numerous conversations between the panel beater (Smash auto body) and outsurance that the car were not fixed. Ask outsurance who is going to pay if the motor seized up because they didn't fixed it properly. No replay. After 4 months my motor seized while I was driving back from the south coast. Vehicle was towed to Barloworld Ford in Pietermaritzbrg. Ford said repairs were done poorly and that my car cooling system were full of rust. So outsurrance declined my repair. Just spoke to one of the outsurrance people and he just said to me that my enjine can't seize because of a water leak because pressure test were done by Moto Mark. Spoke to the girl at moto mark that time and se said that there were a leak in my enjine but they can't go deeper because their client Smash Auto Body said they only need to do a radiator pressure test. 4 days gone by and on a Friday afternoon they want to tell me that this is all my fauld and I must pay for all off this. Outsurrance just want to take your money but they won't go further to help people who pay their policies.

Good day Willem, Thank you for raising your concerns with us. We have discussed the matter in detail with you and provided you with the information. In April 2022 you were involved in an accident and a service provider was appointed to attend to the repair work. Please note, no work was done on the radiator as there were no incident related damages and only the water link bottle was replaced. In May 2022 after your vehicle was repaired by our service provider, it was taken for a pressure test and no leaks were identified. Since May 2022 up until your engine seized in January 2023, your vehicle had driven more than 15000 km. The current damages to your vehicle aren't incident related.  We have advised you of your right to approach the office of the Ombudsman for Short-Term Insurance. Regards,OUTsurance
