Business OUTsurance - Trash Process and not aligned to TCF rulings
A 2 years ago i have opened a Insurance for my business which i requested workmanship damage cover if i or one of my staff damage the client car. I have a detailing company that does Paint protection, film, spray work and Paint correction on vehicles. Majority of the time if we do a small error we do fix it ourself. This time around my new PPF technician damage the Paint work of the client and the paint protection film was damaged in the process. My client is already irate and just want me to fix it asap. I have phone my insurance and they requested many documents that i need to ask my client, example- Clients Natis document of the vehicle, a letter that my client need tor request from his insurance company and a copy if his ID. My client was extremely upset and did not want to provide it as he wants his car fixed asap. I have mentioned this to my insurance company and they said if my client dont give it they cant assist me, I told them even if i do get it by an chance the claim can still be declined. This process does not help automotive business people that does work like this. The callcenter agents was not helpful and no empathy. This is not TCF

The process was discussed and legal liability needs to be proven. Without these documents, we can unfortunately not proceed with your liability claim.
