business lost!

they have lost my business, i am moving my other car from them! for years they ensured my Jeep Wrangler, in the middle of July I was hit from behind by a 6T truck. i was stationary at the lights. the vehicle was towed away for assessment. a week later Outsurance informed me that it would be repaired and it was towed to a repair shop. 8 weeks later they informed me it was not economical to repair and they would write it off and pay me out - less the excess, even though it was not my fault. a further 2 weeks on and they have still not paid me out. on top of all this, they continued to take the premium.
