Burst Geyser repaired in less than 4 hours

On Saturday 21 November I became aware of the fact that my geyser was leaking water from its overflow. Upon investigating I determined the geyser was in actual fact busy leaking at the seam and most possibly would burst if not addressed timeously. I phoned Outsurance call centre, spoke to Refilwe and in an hour their supplier, The Drain Cleaners were on site. Within another 3 hour Ben and Sonny from the plumbing supplier had removed the old geyser, installed the new one connected all piping, took photos, put back the roof tiles and by 5 pm we again had warm water. What a pleasant experience that their are still such high levels of service deliver and customer focus in this day and age.
