burst geyser

Geyser burst, first plumber from RC Bosman replace with new geyser, left and geyser did not worked. Second plumber from RC Bosman came and said the geyser is faulty. Got the manufacturer out to check the geyser and he discover no power coming from main box to geyser. Jenine from outsurance call and within 1hr a electrician came and restore power to the geyser. Thanks J & outsurance we now have warm water again
