BUMPER BASHING

On the 22nd June 2022 I had a bumper bash with a client of Outsurance, who has full comprehensive cover. This happened in Jeffreys Bay. I am not going to go into the incident in 100% detail. The insured party agreed that it was his fault and that his insurance will cover all repair costs to my vehicle.

The insured and myself submitted our documentation, the insured stating clearly that he was at fault.

However, Outsurance have stated that we are both to blame for the bumper bashing and we must each cover our own cost. I find this unacceptable and wish to persue the matter. What is the use of having insurance then?

Please advise what action I can take to have this matter resolved. Thank you
