Bully Tactics

I don't appreciate the manner in which Outsurance has been handling my claim for an incident that took place in 2011. After numerous calls and being harassed where the consultant calling me refused to provide me with her name and was adamant that she sent me an email that to this day I am yet to receive. When Outsurance is using bullying tactics with the wrong party instead of understanding all the details and going after the correct party which is Mutual & Federal in this case and not myself, who was a client when I signed up with Outsurance. The refusal to understand or listen to what the actual factual information is disgusting. When Outsurance is suing myself for amounts that they cannot account for claiming that I filed a civil claim for the apparent same amount, which is completely incorrect, after sending proof that the civil claim I lodged at the small claims court was a personal matter between the party who caused the accident and not with Mutual & Federal or Outsurance.
