Building claim

<p> I have a claim where a water leak damaged my kitchen cupboard. As the same material is not available anymore, the 2 cupboards in my kitchen will be different. As per Outsurance's policy, they will not replace the undamaged cupboard. Also this claim is goiing on for more than a week, and it feels i am getting nowhere.</p>

You have our sincere apologies for the frustarting service experience.

Our claims manager, Kelly confirmed the consequential loss due to the leaking pipe will be covered, but re-iterated that replacement of undamaged items due to mismatching are not covered.

Thanks for the reply, but unfortunately your answer does not satisfy my needs. Things like this should be included in the ad where you always get something out.
